  • Order Cancellation: If a project is canceled before the commencement of work.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide not to proceed with the project after work has started.
  • Completed Services: For services that have been fully completed and approved.
  • Delayed Inputs: If delays occur due to the client’s inability to provide necessary inputs or approvals.
  • Third-Party Costs: Expenses incurred for third-party tools, plugins, or licenses purchased on behalf of the client.

3. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or the contact form on our website. Refund eligibility for cancellations depends on the stage of project completion at the time of the request.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Work has been initiated but not completed.
  • The client wishes to terminate the project mid-way. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to that point.
